At SOSA we offer many different remodeling services including a free in-home consultation, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, design & material selection consultation, fireplaces, flooring, countertops, outdoor BBQ/kitchens, outdoor tile flooring, custom/new cabinetry, cabinet painting, and cabinet refacing, electrical, plumbing, drywall & paint.
Is SOSA licensed and insured?
Yes, SOSA is proud to hold a Class B general contractor license, allowing us to proficiently manage various specialty trades often involved in remodeling projects. In addition, we possess a C54 ceramic and mosaic tile license. Our comprehensive licensing, coupled with a $2 million liability policy, reflects our commitment to professionalism and adherence to industry standards. It is noteworthy that in our 38 years of operation, we have never had to utilize our liability policy. We prioritize transparency in sharing our policy and licenses to provide our customers with peace of mind throughout the duration of their projects.

Our license number is #512183. It is crucial to engage a contractor with a valid license and to also ensure they hold the specific licenses requisite for your particular project.
What type of payment methods are accepted and do we offer financing ?
We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and yes we do offer financing.
Do you provide a service warranty & what is the warranty on materials?
We offer a standard one-year industry warranty as part of our service commitment. However, we highly value our customers’ business and take great pride in our work. In the event that a customer requires assistance, we are dedicated to making every effort to promptly address their needs and provide the necessary support. When purchasing materials from SOSA alone, the warranty is based on the manufacturer’s terms. Typically most quartz offer a 10-year manufacturer warranty.
Who will manage my remodeling project?
A dedicated project manager will be assigned to oversee your project.. This experienced project manager will meticulously outline a step-by-step plan from project initiation to completion. Daily communication between your project manager and the on-site supervisor will ensure the proper and efficient management of your project.
Does SOSA take care of securing permits?
Yes, At Sosa we take responsibility for securing and managing the permit process. Additionally, we ensure the presence of a supervisor during all inspections mandated by the city.
Do you provide design services?
Yes, SOSA offers these services. Our Design & Remodeling Specialist will guide you through the design and selection process. Also, in cases where the project involves structural changes, such as removing a wall, they will collaborate with a structural engineer to ensure alignment with the customer’s vision.
Will a SOSA help me choose all the materials for my project?
Yes, once you have approved the estimate, you can schedule an appointment with a Design & Remodeling Specialist at our showroom. During this visit, you will have the opportunity to explore a variety of materials and receive assistance in selecting the ones that best suit your project. Although, if you happen to find a material you like elsewhere that is not available in our showroom, we have the capability of retrieving that material for your project.
How do we get started with the remodeling process?
The initial phase involves arranging either an in-home consultation or a visit to our showroom. During this session, we will discuss color concepts, preferred products, and overall project costs/budgets. A same-day estimate will be provided during our complimentary consultation, or alternatively, you may obtain a free estimate at our showroom by furnishing the dimensions of your project.
